- Download GeneMOb_desk desktop application in genemob_desk_09_03.tar.gz file. Unzip, and start the program from the terminal (java -jar genemob_desktop.jar) or by double-clicking the jar file located in the genemob_desk_09_03 folder.
- Download GeneMOb_net distributed application in genemob_net_09_03.tar.gz file. See GeneMOb 0.9 Manual for installation instructions.
- Run GeneMOb Client on your machine using Java Web Start. You will not be able to connect to our GeneMOb Server through the firewall, but you can review the sample gene collections listed below.
- Download sample gene collection in XML format. Save locally and open in GeneMOb 0.9 Client by choosing "Read Collection from XML File..." from the "File" menu.
